RETURN POLICY
All4Computers will gladly take back any defective item for 1 YEAR from the invoice date with a REPLACEMENT ONLY WARRANTY. If the item is being RETURNED GOOD and the item will have to be restocked there will be a 15% restocking fee associated, based on quantity and cost as reflected on customers order invoice.
If the item is being returned as defective, we will issue an RMA # and we will ship out a replacement once the defective item is received. Replacement will be shipped at no cost to the customer using GROUND track only.
Exceptions to the 1 Year Warranty are PROCESSORS, BATTERIES and MOTHERBOARDS. These items carry a 90 day replacement warranty only.
If we do not have a replacement to ship out, we will then issue a credit for that return once it has been received back and tested by our techs. RMA’s are valid for 15 Days from the date issued. If the RMA expires and the item has not yet been returned, the RMA is cancelled.
RMA Items being returned must be received in the same condition as when shipped out. Prior to returning the item, please verify ALL SERIAL NUMBERS you are returning. Serial numbers MUST MATCH the original All4Computers invoice to be replaced or credited correctly.
